Imprinted Orders Add
your logo and company name and address to any of our standard
forms - log books, inspection reports, bills of lading.
All of our standard forms are printed in red ink - as is the imprint area. You can have your imprinted area printed in other colors, if you wish, for an extra $70.00 per ink color (up to a total of 3 ink colors - including back side are available). If you wish to add your logo to your logs or other items simply send us a clean, reproducable copy or e-mail us a PDF of your logo. We will add it to your form, as requested - at no charge to you. See specific items for specific order time frames. Custom PrintingForms Small format covers - $120.00 per order
Step 3: Obtain Your Pricing For pricing
on specific items simply click on any product you are interested
in and view the pricing information below the product specifications.
Clicking on any of these prices will take you to an online pdf version
of our order form, which can be printed and faxed to our office!
For definitions of the various product types: stock, imprint or
custom, you can click on their respective buttons. If pricing is
not available you can contact us via e-mail, telephone or fax and
we will be happy to help you!
Step 4: Payment OptionsPrimary payment methods are by VISA and Mastercard. Please contact the customer service department for wire transfer and other payment information. No provincial sales tax will be applied to your order. GST is extra and will be charged on all Canadian orders at the applicable rate. Orders are processed from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Mountain time), Monday to Friday, except for statutory holidays. Step 5: ShippingTruckers Supply will carefully package your product and ship the complete job to you via UPS, postal service or freight company. Should you wish to use your own carrier, please contact Truckers Supply to make these arrangements. Many of our products are shipped to you at no extra charge. See individual items for specific freight allowances and production timeframes. Please allow anywhere from 4-8 weeks for production of imprinted and custom printed orders.
